Company overview 

Busy community pharmacy based in the heart of Knowsley serving the local community not only with dispensing medicines but also delivering healthcare services such as vaccinations (including a Covid-19 vaccination clinic) and all types of healthcare advice and support. Davey's Chemist is also in the process of developing several new and exciting healthcare projects.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Must be able to complete an apprenticeship framework in Business Administration
  • Managing electronic diary of managing director
  • Attending meetings and taking notes
  • Tasks associated with project development ie making calls, dealing with correspondence.
  • Writing emails , filing and organising paperwork
  •  Setting up specific area within office for project administration
  • Helping with maintenance of website and social media accounts

Key skills to be successful in your application are:

  • Qualifications required/predicted 4 or above GCSE  Maths and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate eg Excell etc
  • Organised
  • Detail orientated
  • Punctual
  • Motivated to complete jobs efficiently and  in a timely manner

Contracted hours: 30 per week 
Hourly rate of pay: NMW
