Apprentice Site Manager - Vivark - part of the the First Ark group - REF: K041

The First Ark Group is one of the largest providers of social housing in the North West of England.  KHT are a progressive not-for-profit, independent housing association based in Knowsley and manage over 14,000 high quality homes at affordable rents.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  •  Must be able to complete an apprenticeship framework in NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision
  • Assist with the management and programming of planned works projects
  • Carry out a range of tasks to support the work of the team and assist in the provision of an effective service.
  • Assist with the preparation of progress updates, completion of project documentation and the maintenance of filing and record systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of monitoring information against performance targets
  • Assist the team with customer liaison
  • Support the team with keeping up to date records of completed works in accordance with the Assets teams requirements
  • Raise purchase orders on the group IT system
  • Assist with project support and implement the group’s project methodology

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Qualifications required/predicted:Three GCSES grade C and above/4-9 including Maths and English

  • Make sure you take your time. Don’t rush as you may make mistakes!
