Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Must be able to complete an apprenticeship framework in Business Admin or Customer Service
  • Assisting with the smooth running of the school reception in a friendly, co-operative and confidential way

Duties will include

  • Welcoming and signing visitors in and out
  • Acting as immediate point of contact with parents
  • Dealing with telephone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Photocopying

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Qualifications required/predicted in English and Maths 4/C and above or must be able to achieve Level 2 alongside apprenticeship
  • Good communication skills
  • Friendly nature
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
  • Good IT knowledge/understanding

Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage
