Apprentice Sales Hire Co-ordinator - Formwork Direct International Ltd - REF:K021

Formwork Direct International provide hire and sale formwork, falsework and safety and access systems. The team provide in-house designs from their engineering office where necessary to give step-by-step support throughout your project. These systems and designs enable the construction of concrete structures and bases right across the UK.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Manage customer day to day orders and queries in accordance with current processes and SLA agreements
  • Deliver accurate and timely hire contract administration from initial order taking to completion
  • Ensure that all transactions on Syrinx are filled in   accurately on a daily basis
  • Assist with customer issues before and during the hire escalating to the Operations Director in a timely manner, where appropriate
  • Efficiently control internal and external transport ensuring timely planning and minimize waste
  • Manage the administrative process from Syrinx to shop floor to ensure orders are printed and accurate

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Excellent time keeping
  • Good communication skills
  • Be able to complete or already achieved NVQ Level 2 Business Administration
  • GCSE English grade 4/C or above
  • GCSE Maths grade 4/C or above

Contracted hours: 7.30am – 5pm Mon - Thurs, 7.30am – 4.30pm Friday
Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage

Top tips for filling in the application form:
