Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Outbound calls to schools across the UK, selling the benefits of our products and services
  • Generating leads, booking appointments and follow-on consultations
  • Upselling our exciting services and products to existing customers
  • Renewal of annual contracts for some services.
  • Working towards targets and KPIs
  • Admin associated with sales and emails to schools
  • Attend sales conferences at certain times of year

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to speak confidently, clearly and engagingly to people by phone or video consultation.
  • Previous experience of telesales
  • Excellent overall IT skills
  • Ability to meet short term goals and contribute to strategic company targets
  • High level of motivation, drive and ambition
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn and to progress through experience and training
  • Ability to work in a team and develop strong working relationships internally and externally.
  • Able to work to deadlines and meet the demands of the role.

Hourly rate of pay: NMW for age

Top tips for filling in the application form:
