Apprentice Sales and Marketing Assistant - PPK - REF: K051

PPK Training & Assessment Ltd is a new training company that specialises in supporting charities, the care sector and third-sector organisations.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Update all websites and platforms with latest sales offers
  • Take orders and support Sales Director both at meetings and over telephone calls
  • Organise meetings for Sales Director with new and existing contacts
  • Update SalesForce and Xero invoicing system
  • Support with office administration and course bookings
  • Issue certificates and renewals
  • Ensure registers are taken and uploaded

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Have good qualifications (grade C/4 or above in English and Maths)
  • Good communication skills
  • Evidence of teamwork
  • Ability to be focused on work
  • Any past sales or retail experience
  • Good IT skills in a wide range of applications

Location: Kirkby
Contracted hours: 30 - 40
Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage

Top tips for filling in the application form:

  • Make sure you take your time. Don’t rush as you may make mistakes!

  • Make sure you sell your skills; this could also include things you have developed outside work such as interests and hobbies. This is an opportunity for you to promote yourself to the employer and is your opportunity to explain to the employer why they should employ you!
