Key responsibilities for the role:

Acting in a support role to our Office Manager the objectives of the role are to assist in the day-to-day office administration and assist customers on the phone or via walk in appointments. The role involves liaison with other functions in the branch to understand their progress and current needs. It involves promoting the brand name of Belvoir and always upholding the Company’s integrity by acting honestly and ensuring that Company policies and procedures are executed. The ability to work unattended, smart appearance and a business-like demeanour are essential. More importantly this is not a role of passive administration but one where initiative must be used in the business owner’s absence from the office to maximise the number of appointments made and attended by the business.

  • Answer incoming telephone enquiries and assist or redirect as appropriate.
  • Convert where possible all incoming phone calls into business opportunities.
  • Maintain all promotional material such as ‘Property Available’ brochures, websites and window displays.
  • Maximise the number of Landlord Appraisals and Tenant Viewings booked.
  • Prepare all aspect of paperwork ready for tenant move-ins including (sometimes) reference taking.
  • Preparing tenant move–ins and move-outs as required.
  • Postal and other branch duties daily.
  • Compliance to all company handbook requirements.
  • Any other reasonable tasks requested by management.

Location: Prescot                                                   
Contracted hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch) and Saturday 10am – 2pm)                                    
Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage for age
