PKT Solutions Ltd is an IT Consultancy and Support Company based in Kirkby, serving clients nation-wide with a significant number of local clients on Knowsley Industrial Park and the surrounding Knowsley Area.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • To be responsible for recording and processing invoices and passing to appropriate staff
  • Reconcile bank statements, purchase and sales ledgers
  • To chase payment of outstanding sales invoices and debts
  • Operate the office telephone system, directing phone calls to the appropriate individual / taking and passing on accurate messages
  • Distribute incoming/outgoing mail, liaising with all couriers and postal services andensuring mail supplies are properly stocked
  • Receive and greet visitors, suppliers, and customers
  • Assist others as and when required

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Have good qualifications (C/4 or above in English and Maths)
  • Good communication skills
  • Evidence of team work and potentially leadership
  • Be able to stay focused on work
  • Self motivated
  • Good IT skills, particularly experienced with spreadsheets

Top tips for filling in the application form:
