Choice-Based Lettings Team Apprentice - Knowsley Housing Trust (part of First Ark) - REF: K035

The First Ark Group is one of the largest providers of social housing in the North West of England.

Knowsley Housing Trust is part of the First Ark Group based in Knowsley.

They manage over 14,000 high quality homes at affordable rents and deliver a variety of related services to customers across the borough. They are recruiting apprentices to support the delivery of the service.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Must be able to complete an apprenticeship framework in Business Administration
  • To assist customers applying for accommodation in Knowsley
  • Deal with customer enquiries by telephone and online
  • To maintain computer records in relation to housing applicants
  • Liaise with other departments within KHT
  • Preparing and posting customer letters

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Qualifications required/predicted - 3 GCSEs at grade 'C' or above or NVQ Level 2
  • Customer service knowledge or experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of equality and diversity
  • IT skills and experience

Location: Page Moss, Huyton
Contracted hours: 35 hours per week
Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage

Top tips for filling in the application form:
