Apprentice Admin Assistant - Direct Vehicle Glass - REF: 051

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • To assist in the efficient day-to-day operation of the Fitting Centre
  • Must be able to complete Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard
  • To raise invoices from the advice notes generated, SAGE system.
  • File supplier notes.
  • Credit control, generate statements and chase customers for outstanding monies.
  • Organise supplier payments.
  • Responsible for stationery orders.
  • Obtain order numbers/authorisation for work completed where necessary.
  • Assist with answering telephone calls, when busy
  • Taking card payments

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Qualifications required/predicted: Must have Grade 4/C English and Maths or be able to complete alongside apprenticeship

Location: Unit E 2, Penrhyn Court, Penrhyn Road, Knowsley, L34 9AB

Contracted hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm                              

Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage

  • Make sure you sell your skills; this could also include things you have developed outside work such as interests and hobbies. This is an opportunity for you to promote yourself to the employer and is your opportunity to explain to the employer why they should employ you!
