Apprentice Admin Assistant - Crown Construction - REF: K003

Crown Construction is a construction company working throughout the UK.

Their main offices are in Knowsley in Merseyside, where they manufacture doors and associated materials to service their sites.

They have a position within their group for a dynamic self-motivated person to join their busy team.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Must be willing to complete an apprenticeship framework in Business Administration
  • Reception/telephone and general office duties
  • Maintaining files and records with an effective filing system
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Stock control within our manufacturing facility
  • Hiring and sourcing of plant and equipment on sites
  • Typing quotations and invoices etc

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Qualifications required/predicted GCSE Math and English at grade A-D/9-3
  • Computer literacy is essential, particularly for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook etc
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Perform well under pressure
  • Must be able to work without supervision once training is complete
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise work 
  • Reliable

Contracted hours: 30 hours
Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage

Top tips for filling in the application form:
