Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Accounts preparation for sole traders and limited companies
  • Assisting in the preparation of tax returns
  • Bookkeeping and VAT returns for a range of clients using appropriate software packages
  • Reception duties, answering telephone etc.
  • Office administration – filing, photocopying, sending emails, opening post etc.
  • Keep office clean and tidy

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Grade B (or equivalent) GCSE in Mathematics
  • Grade C or above in English
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to work alone or in a group

Location: Prescot                             
Contracted Hours: 35 hours                          
Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage

Top tips for filling in the application form:
