Trafalgar Community Care Ltd is a home care agency based in Page Moss in Huyton. We provide a team of care workers who deliver high standards of care and support to elderly and disabled adults within their own homes.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Work alongside senior management to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Create and maintain filing and other office systems.
  • Keep diaries and arrange appointments.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes.
  • Meet and greet visitors and staff members.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as answering telephone calls, responding and sending emails.
