"Just ONE are seeking a Housing Officer Apprentice to join our Office in Liverpool, to deliver an exceptional service to vulnerable adults, children and young people leaving care. The role will involve working closely with the Housing Officer to ensure that quality standards are met, departments are following the correct policies and procedures, and customer satisfaction.

NVQ’s / QCF’s will be made available during the apprenticeship."

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Recording & monitoring property keys
  • Assisting in the completion and administration of paperwork
  • Assisting in ensuring health and safety checks and certificates are up to date
  • Assisting in searching for properties in specific locations
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Assisting the housing officer in dealing with any problems that may arise
  • Administration of bills
  • Assisting with property visits and set ups
  • Administration of staff phone details
  • You will also be required to undertake general administration duties including;
  • Scanning and filing
  • Producing folders for Just ONE staff and properties
  • Keeping records up to date
  • Documentation management
  • Support in managing Quality assurance action tracker
  • Support managing any accidents and incidents
  • Support in managing any poor practice / concerns

Essential Criteria:

  • Microsoft office (Mainly Word and Excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication
  • Business insurance

Desirable Criteria:

  • Ability to organise and prioritise actions to achieve goals set
  • Full UK Driving Licence – preferred but not essential

Location: Wavertree, Liverpool                                                                    
Contracted Hours:  37.5 hours 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday               
Hourly rate of pay:  National Minimum wage for age
