The Governing Body of Park View Academy are seeking to appoint:

Teaching Assistant Level 3 (Nursery)
Permanent Post
Salary:  Band F, Points 12-17 £21,589 - £23,836 per annum. Actual salary is £17,241.21 - £19,035.69 per annum.
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Start date: September 2020
Park View Academy is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to work in our nursery class. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and caring individual who is able to relate well to children and adults.
The successful candidates will need to:

  • Provide support in a nursery classroom to the children and nursery teacher

  • Work constructively as part of a team, understanding roles and responsibilities and your own position within these

  • Have the ability to follow procedures and instructions

  • Understand the importance for confidentiality

Experience of working with children or in an educational/nursery setting, or working towards/qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) is required. Additional knowledge of EYFS or Phase One Phonics would be an advantage. All relevant training will be given to the successful applicants.
