This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to apply for the role of Premises Officer in our large successful Catholic School.  The Head teacher and Governors would like to invite applications from experienced, highly motivated practitioners to join our supportive and inclusive community.
You will require experience of working within a premises position and the successful applicant will be required to support the current systems and facilities. The work pattern, on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday will be 16.00pm to 18.00pm and 16.00pm to 21.00pm on a Wednesday only.
Key areas of involvement will be;

  • School Security

  • Building Maintenance Support

  • Health and Safety Support

  • Grounds Maintenance Support

  • Day to day site management

You will be expected to support the Headteacher and Governors in developing the high standards of Premises Management that currently exist. In return we offer a supportive atmosphere and the opportunity to work with caring and dedicated staff and happy positive children.
Visits to the school are welcome by appointment.
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau and health clearance by the Local Authority Occupational Health provider.
