Upper Pay Range 1 – 3 / £36,646 - £39,406 per annum
plus TLR 2B of £4,531 per annum

The Governors of this successful school wish to appoint a consistently effective, resilient and enthusiastic teacher. This post is also for a leader of English and a foundation subject.
We are looking for someone with relevant, recent experience to join our senior leadership team. We hope this role is for you!

We wish to appoint a teacher who has:

  • A proven track record of effective teaching.

  • Effective behaviour management skills.

  • Evidence of strong subject leadership experience, ideally in a core subject

  • Experience of using and analysing pupil outcomes and data.

  • Evidence of involvement in successful school improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • The ability to lead, motivate and inspire others.
