With responsibility for all aspects of the managerial, administrative and financial operation of the Town Council, including undertaking the statutory roles of Proper Officer and Responsible Financial Officer, you must be able to demonstrate extensive managerial and financial expertise with a minimum 5 years Local Authority leadership / managerial experience.
Halewood Town Council were awarded Quality Status in 2016, (an accredited status held since 2004) was Council of Year on 2017 and thus the successful candidate will be required to uphold the Council’s commitment to good governance, Council improvement and to providing a proper framework for its services to the community of Halewood.
Applicants ideally will possess the Certificate in Local Government Administration, or, as a condition of appointment, undertake the necessary training in order to obtain this qualification.
