We are also in the process of implementing three Town Centre masterplans and five further sustainable urban extension sites. We have two vacancies for a Principal Engineer: One vacancy, Principal Engineer (Development), is based within the Knowsley Major Development Team. Part of the new and innovative Invest Knowsley service, we provide a “single front door” approach to all investment, business growth and development enquiries; we aim to improve the investment journey, streamline procedures and accelerate the process of development. The other post – Principal Engineer (Site Development) is based within our Highways and Transportation service. The core highways service is responsible for ensuring one of Knowsley’s Highway Asset is managed and maintained, and this vacancy is an opportunity for you to become part of a professional team which delivers these vital Highway services. You will be responsible for ensuring all highways infrastructure associated with developments meets Knowsley’s ambitions. (Vacancy reference – CVP 567, please see additional information)
We are looking for two dynamic and driven individuals to join us. The successful candidates will primarily be responsible for providing highways advice and ensuring the delivery of highways and associated infrastructure, including through legal agreements.
