Merseyside Sports Foundation is a charitable organisation committed to promoting sport and physical activity. We are seeking to recruit an energetic individual with a passion for developing physical activity for young people across Liverpool City Region.
We are looking for a highly motivated Daily Mile Co-ordinator to help achieve our goal - “working together to improve the quality of life for all people through sport and physical activity.”

The successful applicant will be responsible for promoting and supporting the strong growth of The Daily Mile across Liverpool City Region (LCR). The Local Coordinator will strengthen the vision and blueprint of The Daily Mile strategy whilst working closely with The Daily Mile Foundation to maintain the quality assurance of the project and its values.
The goal being to enable the promotion of connected and sustained participation opportunities for children and young people in sport and physical activity to improve the quality of life for the people of LCR. On behalf of the Foundation, you will create and develop opportunities for schools to embrace and deliver The Daily Mile across Liverpool City Region which drives the cultural and social development of young people, whilst contributing to positive physical and mental health outcomes.
This role also has potential for a secondment placement. Please state in your personal specification if you wish to be considered for a secondment.
