Access Tools

Knowsley Voice is a panel of local residents who are regularly asked what they think about the Council's services.

Knowsley Council, Merseyside Police and the local health authority want to know what you think about the quality of local services and how they are delivered. So they regularly ask the panel, and find out the views of local people. Panel members are asked to complete a questionnaire once every 3 months.

Those involved may also be invited to take part in other activities such as discussion groups and telephone interviews to talk about certain issues in more detail. Results of the consultation, and how they have been used, are published in a newsletter. It is your chance to tell us what you think about the Council’s work, and how we can improve life for everybody in the Community.

Being on the panel is completely voluntary. Each time a survey is carried out, completed questionnaires enter a prize draw and the winner receives up to £200 of High Street vouchers. Confidentiality

Details of Knowsley Voice panel members will not be seen by Merseyside Police or St Helen's and Knowsley Health Authority.

A research organisation called the 'Merseyside Information Service' (MIS) keeps all such information in a secure database that we are not allowed to have access to. We only get to see the overall survey results - not personal details.
