Plans, policies and procedures

Knowsley Council is committed to sharing as
much information about our programmes and plans as possible.
From community plans such as the Sustainable Community Strategy
to plans and strategies for children and young people, this section
highlights information on all of our key plans and strategies
across the council.
Sustainable Community Strategy
We want Knowsley to be a dynamic,
thriving area which people will love to live in, work in and visit
and the Sustainable Community Strategy which is the over-arching
plan for the whole community will help achieve this.
Corporate plan
The Council’s Corporate Plan sets out how it
will deliver the priorities identified in the Sustainable Community
Strategy
City Region
Knowsley is working together with other
Merseyside Councils to tackle key issues such as employment and a
number of plans have been developed

The overarching aim of communication is that
all stakeholders have an awareness and understanding of the
council’s vision, its objectives, services and
