Consultation

Community consultation is a process where
Knowsley Council asks members of the public to give their
views on particular issues in order to inform decision making.
We use a range of methods to consult, from completing
questionnaires and sending letters to inviting you to attend
focus groups or discussion forums.
Getting involved in consultation helps both residents and the
council.

Current consultations
Adult social care local account
- We'd like to hear your thoughts on our Adult Social Care Local
Account document. This document provides key information
about social care in Knowsley and your feedback lets us know
how well it communicates this to readers.
School Admissions 2013-2014
- The local authority and the governors of
schools and centres for learning are currently considering the
admission arrangements for pupils entering nursery, reception, Y7
and Y12 in September 2013. This may seem early, but it is to
allow time for discussion and deciding on the final version.
Information booklets are published in September 2012 with the final
policies. Consultation on the proposed policies and admission
numbers is taking place until 28 February
2012.
