If you wish to report a street lighting fault, either contact us using the telephone numbers below or complete the online form.

In order to help you explain where the fault is, the following descriptions may be of use:

• The Lantern – this produces the light and all the electrical components are contained within the lantern.
• The Column – these are the concrete or steel structures on which the street light is mounted.
• The Column Number – this is used to locate the exact position of the street light in a given road. The number should be quoted when making an enquiry, along with the name of the road.
• The Column Door – this covers the electrical connections inside the column and if missing or loose it must be reported immediately. All columns are connected to a 240 volt supply. No attempt should be made to refit the column door or to touch any part inside the column.
