If you wish to report a street
lighting fault, either contact us

In order to help you explain where the fault is, the following descriptions may be of use:

- The Lantern – this produces the light and all the electrical components are contained within the lantern.
- The Column – these are the concrete or steel structures on which the street light is mounted.
- The Column Number – this is used to locate the exact position of the street light in a given road. The number should be quoted when making an enquiry, along with the name of the road.
- The Column Door – this covers the electrical connections inside the column and if missing or loose it must be reported immediately. All columns are connected to a 240 volt supply. No attempt should be made to refit the column door or to touch any part inside the column.
