This order is made by Knowsley Metropolitan Borough
Council ("the authority") under section 129A - G of the

barrier at the eastern end of the passageway leading from Glynne
Close and the north western end of the passageway leading from
Court Hey Park, which will be kept closed at all other
times.
- The Authority are satisfied that:
(a) Premises adjoining or adjacent to the higway are affected by crime and/or anti-social behaviour;
(b) The existence of the highway is facilitating the persistant commission of criminal offences and/or anti-social behaviour;

Way:7 GlynneGrove; 8 Glynne Grove and St Paschal Balyon RC

undertakers with equipment situated over, along or in the highway,
council officers and other persons authorised in writing by the
council for the purposes of carrying out works of repair or
maintenance to the highway or ajoining premises shall be exempt
