Cyclist training for children
Child cyclists are amongst the most
vulnerable of all road users. The Road
Safety Team offers cyclist training
days for children aged between 9 and
11 to all schools in Knowsley. The
training takes the form of a whole-day
session comprising safer cycling
theory and practical cycling skills.
All practical training sessions take
place on the school playground. There
is no charge for this service and
resources and equipment are provided
free of charge.
To take advantage of this service, school co-ordinators may contact the Road Safety team using the details below.
