Coaching and volunteering education programme
Knowsley Sports Development is offering community sports
coaches, club coaches and volunteers an opportunity to improve
their sporting and professional development.
All courses will run in quality facilities guided by high
quality NGB trained instructors.
The comprehensive coach education programme will be part of the
ongoing development of coaches and volunteers within Knowsley.
New and existing coaches will gain qualifications that will
support the development of clubs and talented athletes within
Knowsley as well as leading to possible employment and continuous
education.
Knowsley’s Sport Development Service aims to fully support and
develop the local sporting infrastructure ensuring high quality
club, coaches and volunteers exist. These key areas are all
integral to increasing and more importantly sustaining
participation in sport and are acknowledged as the life blood of
local sport within Knowsley.
