Kirkby

The planned regeneration of the town centre is just one thing out of many that’s going on in Kirkby.

In March 2010 every household and business in Kirkby received a consultation document asking people for their views on the future development of Kirkby Town Centre.

Workshops have been held across Kirkby to create artwork showing what local people would like from a revitalised town centre.

Plans to transform Kirkby have been given the go-ahead by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government.
