We are very proud to
present our new ‘design your own menu’ service.
After listening to our customers we
have come up with a bespoke menu design service, which our
friendly, experienced managers will be happy to assist you
with. For customers who prefer to leave the choice to us, we
have retained some set menus designed by our excellent chefs.
Wedding Breakfast Selector Menu
Please choose one option from each starter, main course or
vegetarian option and dessert.
Starters
- Cream of vegetable soup
- Roasted parsnip and celeriac soup
- Tomato and orange soup
- Cream of celery and leek soup

- All served with warm rustic bread roll
- Iced cantaloupe melon with seasonal fruit compote
- Prawn cocktail served on crisp iceberg lettuce and a rich marie
rose sauce
- Farmhouse paté served with melba toast and mixed leaf

- Mozzarella and beef tomato and avocado drizzled with extra
virgin olive oil and a rich garlic balsamic glaze
Main Courses
- Supreme of chicken and penne pasta served with a rich Italian
sauce
- Roast supreme of chicken with chipolata sausage, bacon roll and
savoury stuffing
- Supreme of oriental scented salmon served with a rich plum
sauce and egg noodles
- Braised beef served in a red wine sauce with mushrooms
- Escalope of turkey gratin served with a three cheese sauce
- Prawn fillet of plaice with a chardonnay and dill sauce
- Roast leg of pork with apple sauce and savoury stuffi ng
- Roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce
- Roast leg of lamb with minted pear
- Roast Norfolk turkey with savoury stuffi ng and cranberry
sauce
- Prime rump of tender lamb served with a cranberry and mint
jus

Vegetarian Main Course Options
- Broccoli and mushroom bake with a rich béchamel gratin
- Oriental fruit and vegetable stir fry on a bed of buttered egg
noodles

- Sweet and sour vegetables in a tangy sauce with aromatic

All our main courses are served with your choice of roast
potatoes, new potatoes, Parisienne potatoes, or duchess potatoes
alongside a selection of fresh vegetables.
Desserts
- Dutch apple flan with whipped cream
- Profiteroles with chocolate sauce
- Fruitti di bosco - pastry base covered in chantilly
raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and a dusting of powdered
sugar
- Tropical fruit flan - a sweet pastry case filled with french
custard and sponge topped with tropical fruits
- Citrus lemon tart - zesty lemon custard baked into a sweet
butter pastry tartlet
- Rich chocolate melting cake - a rich moist chocolate cake laced
with dark chocolate pieces and smothered with a dark chocolate
fudge topping (served warm)
- Passion fruit bavaroise - a fruity passion fruit mousse set on
a moist vanilla sponge topped with a glazed passion fruit
- Champagne and raspberry torte - a rich raspberry purée and
whole raspberries in a creamy champagne mousse and fi nished on a
Charlotte sponge
- Fresh strawberries and cream (May-August inclusive only)
