Newsletters

The landlord newsletter is sent out by email to registered landlords. The newsletters are sent out three times per year and include updates on government legislation, advice and tips to help landlords run their businesses successfully and other important information linked to the private rented sector.

Landlord Forum

The landlord forum is an opportunity for landlords to share information and gain valuable knowledge. They include presentations from council departments and external organisations to keep you up to date with all the latest legislation and changes in the private rented sector.

The next Private Landlord Forum, being held between 5:30pm-6:30pm on Thursday 19 June 2018 in the Ambassador Suite at The Venue, Huyton Suite, Civic Way, Huyton, L36 9GD.

This will be a special forum, focusing solely on the full roll-out of the Government's Universal Credit in Knowsley.

Speakers from the Department for Work and Pensions will deliver a presentation.
