Bulky items collection - disclaimer

If collecting from inside a property:

  1. We will only remove goods from the ground floor of a property unless there is a suitable lift available.
  2.  We must have clear access to the items to be collected. Please make sure that anything that would stop us picking your items up is moved. For example, if you own a car please don’t park it on or across your drive on the day we are collecting
  3.  Larger items must be taken apart, as far as you can, so that we can collect.
  4. If our staff (or contractors) feel that it’s unsafe to enter your house they can refuse to enter.
  5. When collecting your items we may need to ask you to help us. For example we may ask you to remove a dog from the room, remove a car from the driveway, or take down a hanging picture from a wall. If we don’t receive this help it will stop us from collecting.
  6. We will use reasonable care and skill when removing your items to try to avoid any damage to your property. We accept no responsibility for damage caused to your property when collecting goods (inside or out) unless the damage is caused by our staff or contractor's negligence.
