How to book a bulky household waste collection
You can ring us on 0151 443 2400 to arrange a pick up.
Collections can also be booked at Knowsley’s one-stop shops.
If you have registered for our online booking service you can now logon to
this service. There you can create new bookings, update or cancel
your existing bookings and manage your account online.
How to pay for the service
You can pay by credit or debit card when you arrange a
pick-up by telephone or when booking at a One Stop Shop or
using the online
service. Credit card payments will incur a 1.75% charge. No
charges are made for payments made by debit card.
Cash payments can be made when booking at Knowsley’s one-stop
shops.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel the bulky item collection by contacting us on
0151 443 2400 or if you have registered for our
online booking
service you can logon to this service and manage your
booking via your account online.
