Planning charges
The following planning charges are applicable:
- Planning and building control copy of consents including tree
preservation orders, appeal decisions, enforcement notices - £20.40
inc VAT
- Ordnance survey maps x6 - £20
- Photocopying - 25p per A4 sheet (note that all copying charges
will be in addition to a minimum administration charge of £10.
Should copying time exceed one hour, the charge will be an
additional £10 per hour or part thereof.
- Responding to enquiries for information or records from agents
and solicitors etc - planning only, £40 per hour or part
thereof.
Copying plans
- A0 plans - £2 per copy
- A1 plans - £1.50 per copy
- A2 plans - £1 per copy
- A3 plans - 50p per copy
- A4 plans - 25p per copy
Forward planning
- Knowsley Unitary Development Plan (UDP) (adopted June 2006)
- £55 including postage.
- Knowsley Replacement UDP proposals maps only - £25
including postage.
- Supplementary planning guidance or document - £25 including
postage.
- Knowsley Council Contaminated Land Strategy, July 2000 - £20
including postage.
- Knowsley Council Local Development Scheme - £20 including
postage.
- Knowsley Council Annual Monitoring Report, December 2005 - £20
including postage.
Please note: various information and reports
are available to download free of charge on the website. If
you request that we provide you with a copy these charges will be
applied.
