Preferred Options - Report of Consultation

The Knowsley Core Strategy Preferred Options Report was published for a period of consultation from 27 June 2011 to 5 September 2011. The Council published several consultation documents at this time (as set out below), and has subsequently produced a Report of Consultation. This report explains how the consultation was undertaken, and draws out the main issues raised by those responding to the consultation. The report reflects on the successes of the consultation activities and also seeks to suggest possible improvements which could be made to the consultation process.

You can view all of the responses made to the Preferred Options consultation in full through the Council’s online consultation portal at: http://knowsley.limehouse.co.uk/portal/planning_consultation_homepage/.

The Council is now drawing on the Report of Consultation and all responses received to the consultation in drafting the next stage of the Core Strategy, the Proposed Submission Version. For further details regarding the timetable for preparation of the Core Strategy, please see the “LDF Schedule and Progress” page.
