are properly designed and constructed so as to ensure the health,
safety, welfare and convenience of people using them.
If you are thinking about making alterations to a building or
property you may need to obtain building regulations approval.

submit your building control applications online via the Submit
a Plan Portal. Just register your details, logon and choose
'Knowsley' as the local authority before making your
application.
