Registrars customer service standards
Knowsley Registration Service provides a high standard of
customer services and promise to treat everyone fairly and with
dignity, respect and courtesy at all times.
You can contact the office on 0151 443 2900 or visit us at the
address on the right. The office is open Monday to Friday
9.00am to 5pm. An appointment is required for all
registrations.
Our promise to you
We will:
- Treat everyone fairly and with dignity, respect and courtesy at
all times.
- Ensure all services and communication channels are accessible
for people with disabilities.
- Provide translation services to you if required upon
request.
- Deal with your enquiry in a helpful and efficient manner.
- See you within 10 minutes of your appointment time.
- Register all events in a private meeting room ensuring all
statutory obligations are met.
- Treat all information in the strictest confidence.
- We will ensure that we will tell you when a fee is payable and
how much it will be.
- Consult with our customers to ensure we meet their needs and
act upon feedback received to assist with service improvement where
necessary.
- We will provide a high quality service and take steps to make
sure that this is the case.
If things go wrong
We want you to be happy with the service you receive from us.
However if this is not the case, please speak to the team leader on
duty who will look into the issue and do their best to resolve it
for you. If you would like to speak to the Registration
Manager please ask for Hannah Roberts.
However, if you are not satisfied with the outcome you can make
a formal complaint by following the council's
complaints process.
