Naming ceremonies

A naming ceremony is a non-religious ceremony to celebrate the
birth and naming of a child or to welcome an adopted child or
stepchild of any age into a new family. The ceremony has
no legal status.
Knowsley Registration Service can personalise a cermony to
include parents, grandparts and other family and friends.
You can hold a ceremony at one of the venues at the Register
Office or at an approved premise within the borough.

Knowsley Registration Service offer a variety of venues at the
office to suit all tastes.

The Garden Gazebo

VAT is payable on part of the fee for the venues above.
* During autumn and winter months, the Gazebo is only available
for ceremonies in daylight hours. Indoor venues at the office
(Priestcote Room) are not affected, however please note the garden
will not be open for photographs.
