Traffic Signal Issues

If you wish to report an issue with traffic signals, the team to contact will vary, depending on whether the issue relates to

  • permanent or temporary traffic signals, 
  • the time of day you wish to contact us and  
  • whether the issue is an emergency or non-emergency

The details we need to investigate/ resolve the reported fault are:
 

  • Street name, where signals are faulty
  • Location; such as a junction with another named street, or a landmark
  • Description of what the fault is and if it is an emergency or non-emergency issue
  • Examples of emergencies faults include:
    • Signal pole is leaning,
    • All signals are off/ not illuminating,
    • Wires are exposed
  • Time and date of when you first noticed the problem
  • Your contact details
