Christmas tree and card recycling
You can have your Christmas trees picked up and recycled by
kerbside collection teams.
You can leave trees near the kerbside between Monday 7 and Friday,
18 January 2008. Please make sure you strip the trees of
decorations and only put the trees out on the morning of your
recycling collection day.

Christmas card recycling
Please note that the council is not running Christmas card
recycling this year. You can take your cards to Tesco
(Prescot) and ASDA (at selected stores) to be recycled. We would
also like to ask residents not to place these cards in their blue
bins as they cannot be recycled at the green waste centre.
