A way with words in Knowsley

Join Craig Bradley, poet extraordinaire, (and one-time stand-up comedian, window cleaner, bouncer and grave digger) on his Knowsley leg of the Big Wild Rhyme.

His tour is part of the Summer Reading Challenge, Big Wild Read 2007.The challenge is running in Knowsley Libraries throughout the summer holidays and challenges children to read lots, get environmentally active and most importantly, have fun!

As part of Craig’s show budding poets are given the chance to flex their own creative muscles. Poetry performances take place on Monday, August 6 at Huyton Library from 10.45 – 11.30am and 12.00 - 12.45pm and later that day at Kirkby Library from 2-2.45pm and 3.15 – 4pm.

This is an event that the whole family will enjoy and is just one of the many activities on offer in Knowsley Libraries over the summer holidays. Contact your local library for details.

For more information on the Big Wild Rhyme contact Huyton library on 443 3734 or Kirkby on 443 4290.
