Prescot Producers’ Market and Arts and Craft Fair

Published on: Wednesday, 30-March-2016

It’s the monthly Prescot Producers’ Market on Saturday, April 2.

A wide range of stalls will line Eccleston Street from 9am until 2pm selling a range of colourful and tempting locally produced food and drink, as well as hand crafted goods.

The Prescot Producers’ Market is a popular feature in the town that attracts both local people and visitors from further afield.

It is also a great opportunity for local independent traders to sell their wares and has even helped new businesses establish themselves.

For visitors to the town centre it is an exciting opportunity to sample delicious, locally produced food and drink and support local retailers.

The Arts and Craft fair will also return on Saturday. This is located inside Prescot shopping centre from 9am-4pm where you can buy from an impressive array of local traders, selling handmade goods – from candles and candies to cakes and jewellery.

The Producers’ Market and Arts and Craft Fair takes place every first Saturday of the month.

If you run a local business and want to get involved with the market you can call 0151 443 2298 for more information. Knowsley-based businesses or residents may even be eligible for free stall space.
