Looking for something to do this weekend?

If so, why not get on your bike and join one of Knowsley’s Sky Rides.

Organised by British Cycling and Sky, in partnership with Knowsley Council, the Sky Ride Local programme is a series of free, fun, guided bike rides around the borough.

With Sky Ride Local all the planning has been done for you. British Cycling has found the best routes, trained up friendly Ride Leaders to guide and support you, and picked some cracking parts of Knowsley to visit along the way. And with three different levels on offer, there’s something for everyone – whether you’re building your confidence or looking to stretch your legs on a cycling challenge.

There are two rides taking place in Knowsley over the weekend:-

Sky Ride –National Wildflower Centre to the Halewood Triangle (steady ride)
Sunday 10 August
10am Start - National Wildflower Centre

Sky Ride –Reds and blues Footy Tour (steady ride)
Sunday 10 August
2pm Start - Stockbridge Village Neighbourhood Centre
