Have your say – support for adults suffering from breathing conditions

Published on: Thursday, 20-November-2014

As a patient, carer or member of the public, Knowsley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is seeking your views on how they can best support adult patients in Knowsley who are suffering from breathing conditions.

Knowsley CCG is made up of all the GP Practices in Knowsley and are responsible for planning and buying most local health services. This includes hospital and community services, like the Knowsley Community Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) service.

The CCG would like to hear your views on how services for patients with COPD and other breathing conditions, like chronic asthma, bronchiectasis,  cor pulmonale and pneumonia, could be improved to benefit patients and carers.

Come along and have your say at the meeting on Friday, 28 November 2014 from 10.30 am - 12 noon at The Old Schoolhouse, St Johns Road,  Huyton, L36 0UX.

For further information, or to confirm your place, please email Knowsley.CCGCommunications@knowsley.nhs.uk or call 0151 244 4126 by 12 noon on 26 November 2014.
