Have a Spooktasitc half-term in Knowsley’s libraries

Published on: Monday, 20-October-2014

Spooky tales and Halloween crafts are sure to keep the children entertained in Knowsley’s libraries over the school holidays.

Alongside a collection of haunting Halloween books, children will have the chance to create ghostly, creepy decorations on a trip to the library this half term.

There will also be special spooky craft activities on offer for the under 5s.

Cllr Eddie Connor, Knowsley’s Cabinet Member for Leisure, Community and Culture, said:
“There will be Halloween themed books to borrow and craft activities taking place in all the borough’s libraries, so parents can be sure there will be something suitably spooky going on over the half term holidays to help keep the children entertained.

“Whatever the time of year there’s always lots going on, for all ages, in Knowsley’s libraries. Just contact your local library to find out more.”

Spooktastic half-term craft activities are taking place as follows:

Halewood Library, Wednesday 29 October, 10am to 11am
