Free drop-in for National Fuel Poverty Awareness Day

Knowsley Council is marking National Fuel Poverty Awareness Day by holding a free drop-in event for residents on Friday, 26 February.

Experts from the council and relevant partner organisations will be on hand to advise residents on a range of energy issues, including:

  •  Energy efficiency
  • Fuel poverty
  • Fuel debt
  • Switching fuel suppliers
  • Heating and insulation advice

Residents can also get information and advice on issues closely related to fuel poverty, such as health, wellbeing and personal finance.
 
The event takes place between 2pm-6pm on Friday 26 February at The Venue, Huyton (formerly the Huyton Suite)
 
It is free to attend and you do not need to make an appointment.
 
The first 50 people through the door will also receive an energy goodie bag worth £25.
