BT loss of service update – 14 February 2014

Published on: Friday, 14-February-2014

BT Engineers are continuing to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to resolve the issues with telephone, broadband and TV services in the centre of the borough.

We understand from the Engineers that progress is positive and reconnections are continuing on a minute by minute basis.  BT is anticipating that service will be fully restored by the end of next week

For the latest updates relating to telephone, broadband or TV services, residents and businesses are advised to contact their telephone or broadband service provider.  If you haven’t got the contact details of your service provider, you may find the following information useful:-
