Access Tools

It is advisable to read the following before you begin to use the Leisure Centre Bookings System.

What facilities can I book online?

At present only badminton is available for booking online. It is possible to book for any centre that offers this sport. Later development of the system will include the ability to book for a range of other activities.

Can anyone use online bookings?

Yes, but you must be a member of our passport to leisure scheme and hold a valid passport to leisure card. You will also need a membership ID and PIN (personal identification number) to log into the system.

If you are already a member, please contact your local leisure centre for a PIN and ID number.

In order to use the system effectively you will need to provide your e-mail address to the membership office so that the system can generate confirmation of your online booking and send the details to you via email.

Where can I apply for membership?

An application form for the Passport to Leisure card can be obtained from any Knowsley Council Leisure Centre. Alternativley you can download the application form below. Complete, sign and return the form to your local leisure centre.

How can I get help on the online booking procedure?

Click on the 'Help' icon at any stage of the booking procedure. If this doesn't solve your problem, please send an email to:

Can I pay for my booking online?

Not yet. You must pay for your activity when you turn up at the sports centre to play. Online payments are a future development.

As a parent, can I book junior activities on behalf of my children?

No. It is only possible to view and book activities relating to the membership number logged into the system.

How do I cancel a booking once I have submitted it?

At present, it is not possible to cancel your booking online. Please contact the leisure centre for assistance. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will be charged the full rate for the booking.

Is there a limit to the number of bookings I can make online per day?

You may make up to three bookings per day at each sports centre. This restriction is for your protection should someone attempt to misuse your membership details. There are other restrictions, which are outlined further on.

How many days ahead can I book activities for?

7 days ahead from midnight.
