of going then Knowsley’s fitness
suites offer a friendly and inviting
atmosphere that cater for all ages and
levels of fitness.
Our fantastic Get Active Fitness suites offer state of the art fitness equipment with computerised joggers, bikes, cross trainers, rowers, step machines and a full range of weight resistance equipment. You can also use our swimming and sauna facilities.
In addition, the ‘Active Plus’ suites in Huyton and Halewood cater for people who have not exercised for many years, or have had injury problems.

Types of membership and costs:
Registered user card
It is FREE to sign up for the Registered User Card. The card enables you to call up in advance and book badminton courts, football pitches and indoor courts using our MRM+2 booking system.Gold card membership
Our Gold membership entitles the holder to use any Get Active fitness suite, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. In addition you can access all instructional classes (subject to availability) and hire badminton and squash courts during off peak times.Monthly cost by Direct Debit - £28.50

Silver card membership
Our Silver membership entitles the holder to use any Get Active fitness suite, swimming pool, sauna and steam room before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. In addition, you can access all instructional classes and hire squash or badminton courts before 4.30pm Monday to Friday and all Saturday and Sunday (subject to availability).Monthly cost by Direct Debit - £21.50

Junior Get Active
Junior gym sessions are organised in all Knowsley leisure centres. The sessions are for young people between ages 12 and 15 years.Click on the link below to view fitness clubs in Knowsley, and to find your nearest Get Active fitness suite.
