St Chads gardens

St. Chad's Gardens lies within a Conservation Area adjacent to Kirkby Town Centre. The park is a riot of colour throughout the year, consisting of attractive flower beds, rockeries and ornamental trees. Although small and close to the road the park provides a pleasant oasis from the busy town centre. There is a recently reinstated laburnum arch at the entrance to the park from Kirkby Row. The paved area at the centre of the park reflects its 1960's heritage.
