Millfarm park
Millfarm Park, is a park in the
making. With its location on the
Knowsley Sefton border overlooking
agricultural farmland, and features
within the site such as Millfarm Pond
and Simonswood Brook, the residents of
Kirkby have the valuable resource of a
rural landscape in an urban setting.
The Park is one of a 'Green Network'
of sites in the Kirkby area which runs
from Melling Mount to Kirkby Civic
Centre through Tower Hill, Millfarm,
Millbrook Millenium Green and St.
Chads Park on Old Hall Lane.
