Millfarm park

Millfarm Park, is a park in the making. With its location on the Knowsley Sefton border overlooking agricultural farmland, and features within the site such as Millfarm Pond and Simonswood Brook, the residents of Kirkby have the valuable resource of a rural landscape in an urban setting. The Park is one of a 'Green Network' of sites in the Kirkby area which runs from Melling Mount to Kirkby Civic Centre through Tower Hill, Millfarm, Millbrook Millenium Green and St. Chads Park on Old Hall Lane.

How to get there

The main entrance to Millfarm Park is at the Millfarm Community and Youth base on Mill Lane, Kirkby.

By Rail: The Park can be reached by rail from Kirkby Station on Glovers Brow, or by bus from Kirkby Civic Centre No.113 'Magull' via Kirkby Row for route details contact Mersey Travel on 0151 236 7676.
